Il Duomo in Notte

If you've ever been to Florence, Italy, then you are probably quite familiar with this particular duomo.  It's magnificent by every measure, but I wanted to shoot it a little differently, so I decided to wait until night time and just get more of an abstract version of it and shoot it in black and white.  I then decided to take it down to be extremely contrasty.  I like how the outlines are more implied in areas and your mind has to put together the scene. It's fun getting a bit more creative with photogrpahy.
