Artist notes:

I took this photo after returning from a couple months of living on the island of Moloka‘i.  I was missing the island tremendously and this image of the sun setting over Moloka‘i soon became a go to shot for me to look at.  I ended up printing it for my bedroom and now it hangs proudly on the wall there.  The color range in this shot is incredible, and the reflection of the sunset on the shoreline takes me back to the island of Moloka‘i.
